海洋油气勘探装备

随着几十年来海洋石油勘探行业的快速发展,我国已经形成一支亚洲领先的海洋油气勘探装备队伍,海洋拖缆系列装备已成规模,核心设备国产化程度逐步提高。随着勘探区域逐步向南海深海发展,我国迫切需要具有高续航力、自持能力,以及强抗风浪能力的物探装备。海洋石油720”深水物探船是我国自主建造的第一艘大型深水三维地震物探船,是我国设计和建造的第一艘满足保护涂层性能标准(PSPC)的海洋工程船,是一艘由柴电推进系统驱动、可航行于全球类无限航区的12缆双震源大型物探船,是物探船主流技术的代表。海洋石油721”是我国第二艘大型深水物探船(见图1,具备拖带128000m长采集电缆进行地震勘探作业的能力,深海勘探拓展至3000m,各项性能指标达到国际先进水平,可进行50 m电缆间距的高密度地震数据采集;震源压力可达3000psi;配备了新一代地震数据采集系统、综合导航系统、电缆横向控制系统、全套物探机械设备遥控操作系统及先进的全柴电推进系统。我国在海洋勘探关键核心设备方面取得显著突破,2022年自主海洋地震勘探拖缆核心成套装备系列海源震源控制系统、海亮地震采集系统、海燕拖缆控制系统和海途综合导航系统)整体列装海洋石油720”深水物探船,并投入生产使用,有效地提升了海洋地震成像品质。中海油田服务股份有限公司成为继舍赛尔(Sercel)公司、美国ION地球物理集团公司之后全球第三家掌握海洋拖缆地震勘探成套装备技术的公司。主要差距在于宽频、宽方位的深水、超深水的新型地震资料采集技术仍有不足;此外微机电系统(MEMS)芯片等高端核心设备仍有待突破。

海洋油气钻井装备

我国浅水油田使用的钻井装备包括海洋模块钻机、坐底式钻井平台、自升式钻井平台,这些装备从船体设计建造到配套的船体设备、钻机设备均已实现全面国产化。国内海洋模块钻机和修井机的数量已有100多座,自升式钻井平台的数量也超过50座,钻机的最大作业水深达到约120m海洋石油941”系列),最大钻井深度达10 000m,从船体设备(包括桩腿、升降装置)到钻机设备也全部实现了国产化。总体来说,我国浅水钻井装置的设计建造技术发展已经比较成熟,基本达到了国际先进水平。我国目前在用的深水钻井装备主要是半潜式钻井平台,还有待进一步发展其他类型的钻井装备。目前国内有18座半潜式钻井平台,我国半潜式钻井平台经过多年发展,已形成作业水深从3003600m的系列船队,从数量、作业水深、平台配置等方面已经能够和世界先进水平接轨,而且经过建造奋进号”“蓝鲸1等先进的第六代平台,我国半潜式钻井平台设计和建造水平已经和国际先进水平相差不大。主要差距在于深水钻机、深水防喷器等部分关键核心装备仍需要依赖进口,自主化程度不高;缺乏自主知识产权的船型设计,船型相对单一,核心技术仍掌握在国外少数专业公司手中,国内企业处于产业链中低端。

海洋油气施工装备

我国深水油气施工作业装备涉及多个种类,包括起重船、浮托驳船、下水驳船、运输驳船、铺管船、深水工程船、拖轮。目前我国建成了具有国际先进水平的5型作业船队,基本形成了1500m深水油气勘探开发配套作业能力,实现了我国海洋深水工程装备的自主化,填补了国内空白。建造了大量重吊船和自升式起重船,自主研制了大型深水工程船舶配套设备,依托海洋石油201”形成3000m水深海底管道和设备安装能力,成功完成荔湾、流花、陵水项目等多项深水作业任务。海洋石油201”是中国首艘3000m深水铺管起重船(见图2),也是世界上第一艘同时具备3000米级深水铺管能力、4000吨级重型起重能力和DP-3级动力定位能力的船型深水铺管起重船,能在除北极外的全球无限航区作业,入中国船级社(CCS)和美国船级社(ABS)双船级。建成了世界一流的多功能、超深水作业,同时具有起抛锚、拖带和供应功能的三用工作船海洋石油681”,可用于拖曳深水石油平台、大型起重船、大型下水驳船、FPSO、工程作业船舶和海洋结构物,是大型海洋工程结构物移动远洋拖航的主拖船,能进行3000m深水抛起锚作业,可提供快速高效的抛起锚作业服务,具有海面浮油回收和海面油污消除作业能力,能进行深水油田守护值班和营救作业。依托我国海洋施工装备的发展,形成了满足不同海域、不同水深、不同气候条件下的动力定位浮托安装、锚系浮托安装能力,掌握了3万吨级超大型海上平台浮托安装和3万吨级导管架滑移下水工程能力。主要差距在于1500m以上超深水的作业实践经验不足,距离国际先进的3000米级的作业能力仍有明显差距,装备的作业能力仍有待挖潜,部分作业还需要借助国外安装公司。

海洋油气生产装备

我国的导管架平台设计、建造和安装能力已经十分成熟,尤其是集成建造和浮托安装技术处于世界领先水平。2022年我国新建投产的亚洲第一深水导管架海基一号在南海陆丰油田服役,作业水深达286m(世界第八位),标志着我国深水超大型导管架成套关键技术和安装能力迈向了世界一流。

随着深水油气开发的推进,国内的浮式生产装置如半潜式生产平台、FPSO的应用取得进一步的突破。多家企业正在开展新型浮式装置(圆筒形FPSOFLNG,FDPSO、半潜式干树采油平台)的工程技术研究。我国目前共设计建造了19FPSO,其中两艘为深水FPSO南海胜利号的作业水深约为330m海洋石油119”的作业水深约为420m。目前已可以实现船型FPSO的国内设计、建造、安装、运维;但对于单点系泊系统等关键核心设备仍需要国外公司提供总包设计,国内船厂可实现集成建造。国内船厂如上海外高桥造船有限公司、大连船舶重工集团有限公司、海洋石油工程股份有限公司、中远船务工程集团有限公司等已可以实现FPSO船体与上部组块的集成建造,并可以承接国外的FPSO建造订单。圆筒型FPSO由于不采用单点系统,已可以实现国内自主建造,国内已经顺利承担过希望号”“企鹅号等圆筒形FPSO的建造,亚洲首艘圆筒型FPSO——流花11-1/4-1油田二次开发项目圆筒型FPSO正在推进。目前国内共建成两座深水半潜式生产平台1997年建成南海挑战号半潜式生产平台,用于流花11-1油田,作业水深约330m,已实现二十多年安全作业;2021年建成全球首座十万吨级深水半潜式生产储油平台深海一号,用于陵水17-2深水自营大气田,作业水深约1500m(见图3。目前国内主要船厂具备建造半潜式生产平台的能力,海洋石油工程股份有限公司具备深水半潜式平台的安装作业能力。目前国内没有已建成的TLP平台,但对于TLP平台设计、建造、安装技术开展了大量研究工作,国内主要船厂可完成TLP平台主体建造,也具备依靠国内安装船舶资源进行平台安装的能力,但TLP平台的工程实施技术体系与国外有较大差距,张力腿系统、立管系统等关键核心部件仍需进口。国内没有SPAR平台应用,对于SPAR平台设计、建造、安装技术开展了部分研究工作,但无建造、安装、运维经验及能力,关键核心部件需要借助国外资源。对于FLNG国内做了大量相关研究工作,具有一定的建造技术基础和经验,已经具备国际订单的集成建造能力,但总体上仍有大量的核心技术问题需要解决。主要差距在于浮式生产装置在基础共性技术方面仍然较为薄弱,特别是深水工程水动力性能分析软件、结构性能分析及模型实验技术、海洋工程风险评估、工程建造技术和管理技术等基础共性技术方面;此外,当前装备的类型还难以全方位满足南海深远海复杂的海洋环境和缺乏依托设施情况下的开发需求。

20世纪90年代中国海洋石油集团有限公司与阿莫科东方石油公司采用水下生产技术联合开发流花11-1水下油田以来,已经相继开发了陆丰22-1、惠州32-5,惠州26-1北水下油田、流花4-1、崖城13-4、流花19-5、番禺34/35-1/2、流花11-1三井区、文昌9-2/9-3/10-3区块,随着荔湾3-1、流花16-2油田群和陵水17-2区块深水油气田的开发,水下生产系统在我国得到大规模的应用,目前已经有18个海上油气田采用水下生产系统进行开发。我国水下油气生产系统技术研究起步相对较晚,长期以来国内所用水下装备多依赖进口,采购和维护成本高,供货周期长,极大地限制了我国海洋油气田开发事业的进展。为打破国外技术壁垒,近年来国内水下油气生产系统装备研发与设计技术已取得显著突破,包括水下管汇、水下多相流量计、水下脐带缆等在内的多类水下关键装备已完成工程样机的研制并通过第三方认证,开始陆续进入示范应用阶段。主要差距在于常规水下装备尽管正在陆续实现国产化,但现场应用的业绩仍然较少;此外深远海回接所需的水下压缩机、水下分离器等新型水下装置的研究才刚刚起步;水下装备的测试体系仍不够完善。

宋体;\">我国目前在用的深水钻井装备主要是半潜式钻井平台,还有待进一步发展其他类型的钻井装备。目前国内有</span>18<span style=\"font-family: 宋体;\">座半潜式钻井平台,我国半潜式钻井平台经过多年发展,已形成作业水深从</span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">300</span><span style=\"font-family: 宋体;\">~</span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">3600m</span><span style=\"font-family: 宋体;\">的系列船队,从数量、作业水深、平台配置等方面已经能够和世界先进水平接轨,</span><strong><span class=\"17\"><span style=\"font-family: 宋体;\">而且经过建造</span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">&ldquo;</span><span style=\"font-family: 宋体;\">奋进号</span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">&rdquo;&ldquo;</span><span style=\"font-family: 宋体;\">等先进的第六代平台,我国半潜式钻井平台设计和建造水平已经和国际先进水平相差不大。主要差距在于深水钻机、深水防喷器等部分关键核心装备仍需要依赖进口,自主化程度不高;缺乏自主知识产权的船型设计,船型相对单一,核心技术仍掌握在国外少数专业公司手中,国内企业处于产业链中低端。</span></span></strong></p>\n<p 宋体;\">依托我国海洋施工装备的发展,形成了满足不同海域、不同水深、不同气候条件下的动力定位浮托安装、锚系浮托安装能力,掌握了</span>3<span style=\"font-family: 宋体;\">万吨级超大型海上平台浮托安装和</span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">3</span><span style=\"font-family: 宋体;\">的国内设计、建造、安装、运维;但对于单点系泊系统等关键核心设备仍需要国外公司提供总包设计,国内船厂可实现集成建造。国内船厂如上海外高桥造船有限公司、大连船舶重工集团有限公司、海洋石油工程股份有限公司、中远船务工程集团有限公司等已可以实现</span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">FPSO</span><span style=\"font-family: 宋体;\">船体与上部组块的集成建造,并可以承接国外的</span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">FPSO</span><span style=\"font-family: 宋体;\">建造订单。圆筒型</span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">FPSO</span><span style=\"font-family: 宋体;\">由于不采用单点系统,已可以实现国内自主建造,国内已经顺利承担过</span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">&ldquo;</span><span style=\"font-family: 宋体;\">希望号</span><span 宋体;\">平台的工程实施技术体系与国外有较大差距,张力腿系统、立管系统等关键核心部件仍需进口。国内没有</span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">SPAR</span><span style=\"font-family: 宋体;\">平台应用,对于</span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">SPAR</span><span style=\"font-family: 宋体;\">平台设计、建造、安装技术开展了部分研究工作,但无建造、安装、运维经验及能力,关键核心部件需要借助国外资源。对于</span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">FLNG</span><span style=\"font-family: 宋体;\">国内做了大量相关研究工作,具有一定的建造技术基础和经验,已经具备国际订单的集成建造能力,但总体上仍有大量的核心技术问题需要解决。主要差距在于浮式生产装置在基础共性技术方面仍然较为薄弱,特别是深水工程水动力性能分析软件、结构性能分析及模型实验技术、海洋工程风险评估、工程建造技术和管理技术等基础共性技术方面;此外,当前装备的类型还难以全方位满足南海深远海复杂的海洋环境和缺乏依托设施情况下的开发需求。</span></p>\n<p style=\"font-family: 宋体;\">区块深水油气田的开发,水下生产系统在我国得到大规模的应用,目前已经有</span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">18</span><span style=\"font-family: 宋体;\">个海上油气田采用水下生产系统进行开发。</span><strong><span class=\"17\"><span style=\"font-family: 宋体;\">我国水下油气生产系统技术研究起步相对较晚,长期以来国内所用水下装备多依赖进口,采购和维护成本高,供货周期长,极大地限制了我国海洋油气田开发事业的进展。为打破国外技术壁垒,近年来国内水下油气生产系统装备研发与设计技术已取得显著突破,包括水下管汇、水下多相流量计、水下脐带缆等在内的多类水下关键装备已完成工程样机的研制并通过第三方认证,开始陆续进入示范应用阶段。</span></span></strong><span style=\"font-family: 宋体;\">主要差距在于常规水下装备尽管正在陆续实现国产化,但现场应用的业绩仍然较少;此外深远海回接所需的水下压缩机、水下分离器等新型水下装置的研究才刚刚起步;水下装备的测试体系仍不够完善。</span></p>\n<p class=\"p\" style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"justify\">
